Digital products, no shipping needed
All Sticker Aura products are digital downloads delivered instantly. Because the files are accessible immediately after purchase and cannot be "returned," all sales are considered final.
When a refund may apply
We want every customer to be happy. A refund may be issued if:
- You never received your download link after purchase.
- The files are corrupted, incomplete, or do not match the product description.
- You were charged in error or a duplicate charge occurred.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Custom pack requests
Bespoke custom packs are made to order. If we are unable to deliver your custom pack within 24 hours, a full refund will be offered.
